Job Info: Responsibilities:
- Handle daily secretarial support to ensure smooth running of project
- To draft & prepare related letter and report, if required
- To receive, direct and relay telephone & fax message
- To maintain the filing system and file all correspondence
- To Handling Flight Booking, Traveling, Transport and Hotel arrangements
- Other ad-hoc assignment as when required by HOD
Requirements :

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with Construction/Architecture firm is an advantage
- Resourceful, initiative, detail-oriented and independent
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS office application
- Good command in Bahasa Melayu & English
- Good telephone etiquette and presentable appearance
